Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Within the USA):

  • All orders are shipped the next business day.

  • Enjoy free shipping on orders over $100. For orders below $100, a flat shipping fee of $10 will apply.

  • Shipping can take up to 5-7 business days, depending on the shipping carrier’s circumstances.

  • You can track your order under the "My Order" page.

International Shipping (Outside the USA):

  • Free shipping is available on orders over $200. Please note that customs and duties taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Orders up to $120 will be charged a shipping fee of $30.

  • Orders between $120 and $160 will be charged a shipping fee of $20.

  • Orders between $160 and $200 will be charged a shipping fee of $15.

  • Shipping time can take up to 5-10 business days, depending on the destination and carrier circumstances.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Dr. Veggie, we strive to provide high-quality products and a positive shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Conditions:

  1. The product must be in good shape and unopened for a return.

  2. All returns must be requested within 15 days of receiving the item.

  3. Products should be unopened and in their original, good condition.

  4. If the product is damaged upon return, it may not be eligible for a refund.

  5. Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method after we receive the returned goods.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Unless the product is damaged or falls under special conditions, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • You can request a return label from us for a fee of $8, which will be emailed to you.

Special Return & Refund Policy:

  1. If the product was damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.

  2. In cases of receiving the wrong item or if there is an issue with the product quality that is not due to the customer, we will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement without any additional charges.
